A firm bid, line by line, with prep spelled out so you can compare it against anyone's honestly. Then masking, drop protection, and coats applied to spec, with progress updates to a final walkthrough in good light.

What does the prep actually involve?
About 80 percent of a paint job done right is the prep: power washing, scraping, trenching at the base of the walls, stucco and wood repairs, caulking and priming, and only then the paint. It has to be done the right way for the color to last, and that is what separates our work from a wash and spray. We spell every prep step out in the bid so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
How do you match colors to my renderings?
Whatever you approve in your free 3D design consultation is the color and finish that shows up on the wall. We match paint formulas to the rendering, not the other way around.
How long does a full exterior repaint take?
About 2 weeks for a typical single-story house, between the prep work and the painting, longer if there is real wood rot or stucco to repair first. We build the real timeline into your bid, not just the paint days.
