When you contact us or request a callback, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, project city or ZIP code, project description, timing and whether you are authorized to plan the work. You may also provide project photos, plans or messages. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.
Our website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions, including callback-form activity. Information may include device and browser details, pages visited, approximate location, advertising attribution and online identifiers. Our hosting services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Cookies and similar technologies may be used by these services.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss your project, arrange consultations, prepare estimates, manage customer communications and maintain business records. We use website measurements to understand performance and improve our website and advertising. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in unrelated marketing text messages.
